How does it work?
Direct Donations and Administration Fees:
Direct Donations:
All donations should be made directly to our provided IBAN. Individuals or companies wishing to specify the destination of their donation to a particular charity organization should contact us directly. Otherwise, donations will be applied at our discretion. Requests for donation proof can be made upon completion of the donation process by connect@youbuywehelp.org.
Donors have the option to choose the charity cause they wish to support.
Administration Fees:
An administration fee is applied to all donations made through our platform to cover operational costs and ensure the sustainability of our services.
The administration fee is calculated based on the total donation amount and is deducted before the funds are allocated to the charity causes.
Fee Structure:
Donations equal to or less than €10,000 are subject to a 5% administration fee.
Donations exceeding €10,000 but less than €40,000 are subject to a 3.12% administration fee.
Donations equal to or exceeding €40,000 are subject to a 1.5% administration fee.
For donations exceeding €100,000, the administration fee is 1%.
Transparency and Accountability:
Our cause does not issue proof of donation for individual contributions, as the funds are directly allocated to the charity causes without any direct profit taken.
We are committed to transparency and accountability in our operations. In the event of a public audit or inquiry, we pledge to provide all necessary data and information regarding the values and origin of donations.
We are dedicated to assisting in any queries or requests for information to ensure full transparency and integrity in our fundraising activities.

We provide regular updates and reports on the impact of donations, including details on how the funds are utilized by the charity causes.
